Seven Deadly Sins: Wrath

Part two of the seven deadly sins.
WRATH.

model: Janeth Ybanez
photo/pp/mua: me

The gown was actually made 4-6 years ago. My mom kept it and secured it because it was the first gown that I have ever designed and materialized (with the help of my friend's mum).

As usual, we did the shoot at my place (ugh! poor lighting, only one flash, used study lamp to compensate enough light for model's face). I was a little hesitant with the outcome because of the poor lighting and not to mention, the photo noise. I used ISO 800 and I resent setting my camera in that way. :/

Anyway, I thank my Adobe Photoshop CS5 for helping me out.

I still have 5 more sins to go so I guess, I will be actively blogging and updating from time to time. Just one problem though, I am out of models and Gowns. tsk. All I have left is a lavender gown, which I wore to Prom, 4 years ago. haha! still fits me. :)

enough rants. here are some of the photos.

Praying for Japan

Geisha originated from Japan.
Japan on the other hand, just experienced mother earth's wrath.
as a tribute, I came up with this make up concept.

let us all pray for Japan.

Rosie as my black swan

I wasn't able to watch the whole movie but I was absolutely inspired by the make-up.
so I called two of my best friends, Rosie (my model) and Liv (my very beautiful assistant) for the shoot.

I do promise to watch the movie and finish it without dosing off.

enjoy!
